We provide a variety of shipping options due to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be adequately secured before being shipped. We deliver to thousands of clients every day from all over the world. Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it because many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete exchange or refund.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
